At the intersection of AAPI and PRIDE month, join BJ Panda Bear & Friends for a screening of Japanese-American Queer filmmaker, Gregg Araki’s, 1997 cult classic Nowhere.

The film has been described as "Beverly Hills 90210 on acid", and features a star-studded ensemble cast that follows a day in the lives of a group of Los Angeles college students and the strange lives they lead. The surreal & hyper-saturated visuals, combined with the exceptional costume design by Sara Jane Slotnick make it a standout in Araki’s teen apocalypse trilogy.

Members will be able to help themselves to popcorn, candy, & cocktails while we watch and discuss into the evening.
